Welcome to AFS Wing Chun

This is the website for Advanced Fighting Systems Wing Chun - AFS. It has been a while since we updated the website but we have been undergoing some re-organisations in the club. In particular Master O'Neal has re-written the curriculum drawing upon his experience in Hong Kong. We will be uploading this information very soon.

The organisation is headed up by Master O'Neal.

Master O'Neal learned from the best: Yip Chun and Yip Ching in Hong Kong. His skill was recognised by the aforementioned with the lineage "Paul, Newcastle, third generation Yip Man Wing Chun" (translated). Master O'Neal's organisation Advanced Fighting Systems Wing Chun is based in Newcastle.

Master O’Neal is available through his organization, 'Advanced Fighting Systems' to give seminars and private tuition.

Wing Chun as taught by Grandmaster Yip Man has three empty-hand forms, a wooden dummy form, and two weapons form.  Integrated into drills and sticky hands practice, the motions of the forms form to basis of an effective repertoire of self-defence skills. 

Classes are held every Monday and Thursday 7pm - 9pm.

The classes are held at 20-28 Stowell Street, Chinatown, Newcastle upon Tyne UK.
